Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, absolutely. COD is available across India — no prepayment needed. Simply place your order, and pay when it arrives at your doorstep. We know trust is earned, not assumed.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days for metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) and 5–7 days for other cities and towns. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships.

Do you ship to my city?

We ship pan-India — metros, Tier 2 cities, Tier 3 towns, and all PIN codes across the country. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, simply add your product to the cart and enter your PIN code at checkout, and it'll confirm availability instantly.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link on your registered mobile number and email. You can check your delivery status anytime, 24/7. If you don't receive a tracking update within 48 hours of ordering, WhatsApp us, and we'll sort it immediately.

Are the products genuine?

Every product on SnapBazaar is personally vetted before it goes live on our store. We work only with verified suppliers and test products for quality before listing them. If something doesn't meet our bar, it doesn't make the cut, simple as that. If you ever receive something that doesn't match what was shown, we'll make it right. No arguments.

How do I return a product?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, just WhatsApp us at +91-6397695071 with your order number and a photo of the product. Conditions: item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, no lengthy back-and-forth, no hassle.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be dispatched, and cancellation won't be possible. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91-6397695071 with your order number.
